I’ve only purchased a few cars in my life from dealerships, but this experience has surpassed all of them. I’m not a big online reviewer, but this place deserves one from me. Kou Yang has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very accommodating. He is very personable and never once rushed me through the sale I made with him. He answered every question I had to the best of his ability. He was able to efficiently dumb everything down in the case I wasn’t able to understand. He didn’t have to do much selling to me for the vehicle we found on their lot, but I can tell he’s a great salesman too! Ben Jorgensen in financing is also a top notch fellow from what I could see. Very thorough and he treated me like I was really someone while going through the paperwork. Sure, it’s easy to say “that’s their job”, but these are some really cool folks. Overall this facility is on top of it. Very professional atmosphere. Everyone seems happy to be there, all of the sales and service personnel were presentable and easy to talk to. I live an hour away, and was unable to get to them before it got dark due to the time change, but Kou let me take the 4Runner I was interested in into their well lit service bay to inspect it so I didn’t have to come back in the daylight before I made my real decision. I’ve since dealt with Kou on a couple of occasions after my purchase regarding my purchase, and he’s been the same great fellow I met before the purchase. Life’s been tough lately for all of us, but this dealership reminded me that there’s still good services out there. Thanks for the great experience!
