2025 Lexus NX 350

Owning a Lexus has been what I thought was a far fetched dream for over 20 years. Having worked for Lexus (years ago), I know what this company stands for, and the untouchable quality vehicle they produce. I know the heart behind it and the accomplishments attained, because Lexus is no doubt superior. Still, that didn't prepare me for being on the customer end. Jesse Pastor was simply the best we've ever encountered. We put a deposit on the new TX as soon as news broke of her release. We waited 7 months for delivery, and Jesse was there every step; keeping us updated and answering questions. He and Parker Lexus are one of a kind, and Lexus is truly the best there is. Thank you, Jesse and Parker Lexus for making a dream come true! ??

I've purchased new and used vehicles from Parker Lexus and the experience is always the same - exceptional. The sales people are highly knowledgeable and never pushy. I was looking for a used GX with highly specific details and they found it! They truly make you feel like family, and have always been happy to help when I call to ask how to use features on my car when I can't find it in the manual. We will continue buying our cars from Parker Lexus despite living outside the state because they are the best in the business.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus. I had a wonderful experience with the sales department. They were incredibly patient during my first car purchase. I took my car in for an oil change and they were prompt and informative. When it was done, they sent a video explaining what was done. So helpful!
