Service Dept: This was the BEST service I have received at any dealership since being able to drive. (Honestly since the pandemic, our country has zero customer service skills in any industry anymore) From the moment you pull in with the person who greets you to checkout every single employee made me feel welcome. Every employee made me feel valued. My car is a 2020 Lexus RC 350, but I was still treated like I was a celebrity. I can't thank Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold enough and I drove an hour to go there today! I called 5 dealerships before them to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did which is why I also approved my front brakes to be done. Brian Dominick is a professional, courteous non-pushy approach. There service area was fantastic. The entire dealerships was clean and beautiful. I will certainly drive an hour again the next time my car needs something without hesitation. Thank you to the entire staff that assisted my car and I today. It will be emphasized over and over!
