2026 Lexus NX 350h

About a month ago, I bought a LIGHTLY used 2022 Lexus IS350 F Sport. I was literally looking for this exact car. Charlie was my sales guy and this was the most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had. Upon further review, there were some scratches and a couple dents that weren’t noticed upon purchase. I also got my car tinted at a third party business (don’t get me started on that horrible experience) and they scratched my paint and dented my drivers side door. I worked with Freddie Encino on these issues and he had ALL of these issues fixed free of charge. Freddie seriously made me a very happy Lexus owner! ???? I just had the most wonderful experience with South County Lexus. Al Kahn and Eric Hudson made our day. I work as a technician for a luxury brand, so I know how high pressure sales can be, but these guys at South County Lexus were the opposite of high pressure. This was the most relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Even though I was shopping for a low price budget car (2017 Ford CMax) they treated me like I was buying a new Lexus or luxury used car. I was looking for a bargain daily driver to replace my wife's car that was recently totaled out in an accident. I knew what used car I wanted and had been searching the Internet for weeks when I came across the perfect car at South County Lexus. This car had lower miles and it's model year was newer than all the other cars I was finding online in my price range. I thought it was too good to be true. But it was true. The car was the perfect car for my wife at a great price.
