Recently I did a 2024 540 build on the BMW website and their leith sales representative, Chris Salazar, explained how the process worked. He explained the options for the build and kept in contact with me after the order was placed. After the car arrived he explained the apps, setup my phone and programmed my key card. I'm very happy with my purchase. My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Leith BMW over the last 8 years and we have always been impressed with their customer service and support.
