What a great team! Cameron took us right in as we were broken down on the road, heading home to Virginia. He was so understanding.It was a Friday night late afternoon. They took us right in. The place was spotless, the coffee was delicious and the seating was very comfortable. Yennifer at the front desk looked up parts, we needed getting the best prise possible. But the real gem was the mechanics who worked diligently finding problem after problem with our locked front hub of a our F350. But at six o'clock, we discovered we needed a new four wheel drive axle and therefore would not be ready till Saturday. There were no hotels close, and we had no vehicle. Carlos, one of the mechanics invited us to stay at his house for the night and he would provide the ride to and from. He also had to volunteer to work on Saturday to finish the truck. Their work was very efficient Talk about above and beyond, this world needs more people like Carlos and his wonderful wife, Marie. Their three children were so entertaining, respectful and courteous. It ended up being a wonderful stay. Truck got finished on Saturday.The price was very, very reasonable for all they had to do. On the road we went. I will always be grateful for Capital Auto for Taking such good care of us. I wish I lived closer because they definitely would have a client in me.I hope anyone reading this will give them a try, they are truly wonderful in every way.

So glad I ended up buying from this dealership. Buying from a smaller business that knows their inventory and treats you like a person is far better than dealing with the “big guys”. I’m still getting robo emails from one of them saying that a car is available, after I drove 45 mins to the dealership and was told it had been sold 2 days ago. My husband took his jeep to get some work done, they did a good job and had great customer service and good prices for vehicle maintenance. My husband said he will definitely be bringing his vehicles back to get service by them again
