Although I was unable to find a replacement, the two gentlemen working in this store were by far the most helpful people I’ve ever come across for automotive customer service. Highly recommend these guys are very friendly and helpful! My alternator went out and I used my jumppack to get me to the parts store and they let me charge it up while I changed the alternator so I had backup in case I needed it! Very friendly and helpful!
We were driving down to Utah and broke down in boardman in the middle of the night, we got a hotel room and the net morning we went to NAPA to try and repair our vehicle. We couldn't fix it but John and the rest of the staff were so nice and helpful that the stress of our break down was so much easier to handle. John gave us the business card of a mobile repair man and tried everything he could to help us. We really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to help, and not just tell us to get our broke down car out of the lot
