2016 Lexus RX 350 350 4x4

I flew from Florida to pick up a car for my granddaughter. I cannot begin to explain what a positive experience it was. My flight was delayed and they waited hours after they should have been closed for me to arrive. Their responsiveness in keeping me updated and reassuring me I would not be stranded late on a Friday night was more than I ever expected. They showed a level of customer service I have not experienced in decades. The car was exactly as described and my granddaughter could not be happier. Low miles, good condition, and the vehicle passed an inspection I had completed by the Audi Indianapolis dealership.
