2017 Lexus RX 350 350 4x4

Jessica and Austin were both really great! I traveled from Nashville to get the very specific certified used car I was looking for. I’m in love with my 2020 RX 350. The car is extremely clean and has absolutely no smells or anything. This was my first time purchasing a car and they were very understanding, happily answering any questions I had. I also appreciate that the finance guy (I forgot his name) wasn’t pushy at all. He throughly explained the extended warranty options and completely left the choice up to me. I can’t wait to drive my new car everywhere!

I purchased a new LX from Jessica. I live in Indianapolis area and it was worth the drive. She was very responsive and most importantly she listened to my needs. Just bought a NX 350h from Toledo Lexus, car salesman was Austin. I highly recommend this dealer and Austin. Everyone was so nice, not pushy, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
