2024 Lexus NX 350 350 Luxury AWD

I recently purchased a pre-owned Subaru WRX at Lexus of Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantastic sales associate. I asked Yoko if they could get the cat inside and dry it for me to inspect as I am a stickler for paint condition. Yoko agreed and when I arrived she was personally drying it in a service bay. The manager and finance lady gave me similar great experiences. No one was pushy, they wanted to make sure the car was a good fit for me. I have bought dozens of cars in my life and this was the best experience I can remember. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Kari was very pleasant in all of our dealings. I bought a car from out of state and she made the process simple. Easy to contact her whether through email, text, or by phone. Her follow up was excellent. She took good care of me. Working with Ruth, the finance manager was also efficient and positive. We were able to take care of the financial aspects online through a simple-to-use portal. Great experience!
