I went to the dealership to have my car repaired and while waiting John approached me in a very kind and not pushy manor at all. I explained my husband was in the hospital and so I don't make bug vehicle changes without him, but i thought I would just look around to get idea's... as I am sick of my car. He listened to my concerns and directed me into a completely different path of vehicle choice and purchasing that fits my life style right now.
