If you're looking to buy a Toyota or used car, then definitely head on over to Tegeler Toyota. From our first time here, everything was so easy and no pressure sales tactics. At first, I thought it was the usual sales talk, but they really lived up to being friendly and welcoming. We originally came here to purchase the 2024 Grand Highlander when they were first released. Since it's a small dealership, all current sales people were busy, but Jim from Finance gladly helped us out. Showed us all the features and explained the process of ordering one. We left, and in the one week it took for us to make up our minds to make sure it was the right car for us, we weren't harrased with multiple calls or pressure into buying. We purchased our first Grand Highlander, and unfortunately, it got totaled a couple of months later. We came back because we enjoyed the experience so much and ordered a new Grand Highlander and actually bought a Camry XSE as well. Just like the first time, no pressure sales tactics just explained the benefits of all the extended warranty and let us make the choice. Even though we were being "picky" with the options and features we wanted, they were patient and so helpful. Ian did an amazing job in locating the vehicles exactly as we requested. If we are ever in need of another Toyota, we will definitely be going back. We live in Houston and made the hour and half drive just so we wouldn't deal with the usual horrible experience that comes from purchasing a vehicle. We purchased a 2023 Highlander off the showroom floor with Ian as our salesman. The dealership is gorgeous - very warm and inviting and feels like being at home. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean and the gift shop area - what a sweet touch! I saw several patrons waiting on service in nice comfy chairs in a quiet setting - very classy with the tea, coffee and water as well. Back to the purchase - we have bought many Toyotas over the years from several different dealerships. We have never felt the need to be “loyal” to a dealership because we did not feel we established that level of a relationship with anyone. That changed today- wow! What a pleasant experience!! Tegeler Toyota is a class of its own! Their staff makes it awesome - everyone was so kind, friendly, laid back with no pressure. We felt we were treated with honesty and professionalism - unheard of when buying a car, ha! Crystal was a true gem. Such a strong work ethic to show up right after surgery- knowing her team depended on her. She was professional and informative and did not pressure or push us at all, we enjoyed our time in the finance department - a first for sure! Ian was the most informed salesperson we have ever encountered. Usually when we ask questions we wonder if the salesperson is brand new or clueless about what they are selling! Ian knew the answer to most of our questions right away and if he did know he found the answer for us. He did not pressure us in any way and showed us multiple vehicles willingly. He lowered all of the seats we asked, pulled the car out of the showroom for us to see, let us pull cars side by side to view, etc. he also spent a very good while showing us every single feature in the car and helped us set up the Toyota app and add both of our phones to the CarPlay! The porters made sure the car was spotless before drive out :) Elizabeth at the information desk was also super helpful and friendly. As a side note- I had called about a week before this purchase to see what they had in stock and ask a few questions and spoke to a gentleman named Ron. He was so kind and patient and offered suggestions to help me look up different packages/styles to compare xle, limited, platinum etc. Great job Tegeler Toyota!

I was passing through Brenham and my Sienna dash lights were randomly flickering so I pulled into Tegeler to get diagnostics run. The service guys were very up front that it may be hard to replicate an intermittent issue but they were able to detect a battery failure. It has been a week and 1000 miles later and the problem has not occurred again. If I was a local, I would definitely use these guys for all my services.
