Conscious management that delivers world class customer service experience. I would like to specifically thank Tyler in the service department for helping me recalibrate my Lexus RX’s windshield. This is a tough one, Lexus at the auto mall (where I purchased my car) is great, and this branch (speedway) is equally impressive. I guess I will buy another Lexus, so I can ho to both lol.

Have worked several leases and one recent trade in through this dealership. Special mention of Fernando Rodriguez, who made the process painless and transparent. We discussed a deal over the phone that worked to both of our interests, and he acknowledged me as an educated buyer. Upon arrival to the dealership (on multiple interactions), there was zero bait-and-switch or pressure tactics. Fernando had a professional attitude, and followed through on exactly what he promised. Moreover, I’ve never spent more than 45 minutes to an hour— start to finish with an entire deal/ paperwork. Fernando even scheduled me a ride home after the trade in. I highly recommend this dealership and Fernando in particular. I will be leasing my next car through them. Thanks.

Everyone here has been so helpful. I would especially like to point out Rick Vela who was especially helpful in pointing out all the attributes to the new car and answering all my questions and showing me the best attributes of the car and would be a great salesman. Todd Hollander was very efficient and friendly and answered all my questions and gave the best experience!!! Dave was extremely helpful an explaining financing. I would recommend Lexus highly as I am very impressed with your employees and how friendly and efficient they are. Dana, the receptionist, also added to the professional atmosphere expected in a Lexus dealership.
