Unfortunately needed to go back to the dealership for a repair. The process was clean and comfortable. Pricing is close to most garages. A little more but you are having a mechanic whom works on Nissan vehicles every day do your work. The confidence I have in the mechanics at Andy Moor Nissan is strong. Dave helped me through the process and communicated with me regularly. Great guy! Car operating like new. Thank you for exceptional work.
Ashton was super awesome. Didn’t feel any pressure, was not your typical used car salesman, very knowledgeable and fun. Why four stars? Their finance individual, Kent, was a little less desirable. Very terse, made assumptions and when my son and I did not want the warranty he was trying to push, he became not so friendly. Not cool at all. It’s how you communicate Kent. Ashton gets 10 stars. Kent a 1. Maybe Kent was having a bad day. I’ll chalk it up to that.
