I brought in my 2025 Audi Q7 to Audi Baton Rouge for a recall I received in the mail . I called to set up the appointment. It was easy and quick . The service department was so nice and professional. I received a text message with a video explaining what maintenance was performed on my car. They also suggested what needed to be done with the price attached to the service . It was a simple click to either have them perform that task or decline it . I was then notified when my car was ready . Hands down the absolute best service !

Excellent service experience. Christie Smith kept me informed of the progress throughout. One issue arose in their end and they took care of it at no cost to me. They did not try to push any additional services which I appreciated. My car came back washed and vacuumed!

Great service. Hannah has been our repair coordinator twice now and she goes above and beyond every step of the way. She made us feel like family but everyone in the service area has treated us the same. Always kind, welcoming and helpful. Worth paying a little more for things like an oil change when you can trust you’re getting the best car care and customer care.
