2019 Lexus RX 350

Great experience working with Salesman Alex Colon. We test drove an RX 350 a couple months ago here and liked it. We fell in love with an RX 500h F Sport while visiting Orlando recently and Alex was able to find the exact configuration we wanted at another Lexus dealership. Wife and I were very happy with the the experience of buying a Lexus. Will happily bring car here for service.

I recently purchased a IS350 and needed my first oil change. I’m a previous Toyota Tacoma owner and always serviced my truck at a local dealership in town. I figured for my car I would do the same. This was my first time visiting Lexus of Melbourne. I was blown away by how nice the facility and staff were. The service was fast including a free car wash. My car was thankfully given a clean report and nothing sales oriented was pushed upon me. They just welcomed my service and asked if I would come back next time. This will be the only place I take my car for my ownership. Side note: The lounge area where you wait is very relaxing, clean, and have an adequate snack/beverages. Definitely different from Toyota. (Not a knock on Toyota just stating facts) First class experience.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing a new TX350. The entire process was smooth and professional on the part of all 3 associates who assisted us. Shaun for sales, Julia for vehicle orientation and David handling the paperwork. It was worth our hour drive, in the rain, to complete the transaction and pickup the vehicle!
