Communication was great with staff and I was able to trade in my car for my beautiful new NX350 hybrid. I made an appointment to see a Volvo S60. Maurizio at SB Lexus was on time, and the car was ready for me to test drive. He was very polite. I liked the car, but the mpg were not in line with where I needed to be. Maurizio did not force a sale or stronge arm me. After I left, I received a very nice text from him, thanking me for my visiting the dealership. The next day, he sent me another text with a car he thought I might be interested in. The only thing that gave me pause was the car had an alarm and interior/exterior protection, which I didn't want to purchase. Maurizio said he would have to talk to the manager to see if those items could be removed. Since I didn't go through with the sale, I don't know if that was possible. Other than that, I would recommend this dealership and particularly Maurizio. He was a pleasure to work with!
