My husband and I came in to Auburn Toyota on a Friday night, 3/29, close to closing time. Billy Hamill came out to greet us and check in with us. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions towards our interest in a new Rav 4. He was able to show us the exact vehicle we were looking for. We didn’t feel rushed even though they were closing at this point. Billy was amazing, the dealership is also family owned, which was a big plus for us. We will be returning to Auburn Toyota for all our Toyota needs!
I was in the market for a truck and stopped at Auburn Toyota on a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted by Faith, and was allowed to take my time looking over one that caught my eye online. I test drove and liked it, but wanted to take my time deciding on how/if to proceed. I was heading out of town that night for a business trip and wouldn't be able to return until midweek. After much research and crossing off all the boxes, I pulled the trigger on a very low mileage, perfectly maintained late model Tacoma, and I absolutely love it! The dealership made me a fair offer for my trade-in and the entire process to complete was just over an hour and a half once numbers were finalized. I honestly despise going to most dealerships to do business (and I've owned many vehicles) because of the constant pressure to get you into anything besides what you really want, but not here. Faith was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and most importantly didn't text or email me 10 times during the three days I was on my business trip...very much appreciated! Auburn Toyota has my business and most importantly, my respect for the way they handled my transaction. I am a happy guy and will be back for another car for my mom-in-law soon. The service representative, Shane O’Neill, is very pleasant and presents himself in a professional manner that makes the customer feel like their needs are important and that they are not just a number. Mr. O’Neill listened intently to me and noted every I said in the work order. A short time later he located my wife and me in the waiting lounge and explained, in depth, of what was needed to resolve the issues with our car in easy to understand words. By hiring employees like Shane O’Neill speak loudly the desire of Auburn Toyota to present itself with integrity, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
