Alex and the folks at Mark Jacobson have changed my mind about car dealerships. I stopped by without an appointment and I wasn’t sure what car I even wanted. My van was old and needed replaced but I wasn’t in any rush. I was given a very competitive trade in value for my van in only 15 minutes and when I asked to compare the Grand Highlander Hybrid with the gas turbo model they had had both to drive on the same day. There as no haggling, hassles or pressure and when we went to pick the car up they made it easy, low stress and friendly. Nice folks and good prices.
