Jordan was very patient and responsive the whole way through the process. He found us what we were looking for pretty much right away. Knowing we live out of town, he helped us knock out a bunch of the paperwork in the days leading up to the big day. This helped make it a more smooth transaction. I recently went to Toyota hoping to trade my 4Runner for something better, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the experience was 100% better than I could have hope for. The gentleman helping me was Mike Lannaghan, he was fantastic, fun and light hearted. He made me feel at ease, answered my questioned and spent a great deal of time over the weekend Helping me leave Toyota, in a suv that will meets all my needs. We went today to get more info on a car we seen on there website. Our experience with car lots and car salesman in the valley have been very negative. So our hopes weren't high when we pulled in to Kalispell Toyota, But our opinion quickly changed a few minutes after we were greeted by a gentleman named Chris Aronson. Within minutes of introducing ourselves, Chris made us comfortable and not pressured. He wasn't an "aggressive/pushy" car salesman that we dealt with in the past. He got to know my son & I and figured out our needs and wants. He was very professional and kind. Explained everything in detail and made us comfortable that we were making the right decision. I highly recommend Kalispell Toyota and Chris Aronson!!
