We bought our new Toyota LC from Toni Blair at Toyota of Renton. As this car is sold in a way where you put your name on a list, and wait, it’s quite a bit different than usual. After attempting to work with a couple other Toyota dealerships, we were frustrating by their lack of engagement and well, laziness. It honestly seemed like they didn’t want to make a sale. Not the case with Toni! She was ON TOP of it. Helped us secure a car, worked with us on dealership embellishments, walked us through using the car and followed up later. She’s great! T’s are crossed and i’s dotted! Five days after we drove it off the lot, someone hit me in the parking lot. She was quick to give a recommendation on a body shop. Toni Blair is the literal G.O.A.T.! She's attentive, quick-to-respond, and all-around helpful. The service experience and hospitality between the staff members was top-notch. I was in-and-out smoothly with my GR86, and appreciate that the Renton dealership was so friendly. I recently stopped in to pick up my plates and some all-season mats, and the experience was smooth from start-to-finish!
