Before visiting Fordham toyota i went to a few dealerships where I was treated very poorly, sales reps asking for down payments before even showing me cars. However, FORDHAM TOYOTA treated my husband, my children and I like family. Since the moment I made the very first phone call to ask what documents I would need to bring in, I was greeted in the most generous way by Jaidy and she explained everything to me. Upon arrival, all staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ricardo, the sales rep who helped us throughout the entire process was AMAZING! His patience, kindness, his way of explaining every single detail, staying past his work schedule to help us, he was soooo sweet and kind to my children. Honestly more than the service that we were expecting. Now, the Manager Kelvin!!!! Honestly im speechless. Kelvin made us feel so welcomed and comfortable, he was beyond patient, he worked/helped us around our work schedule, he explained in the most kindest way that this would not be a one day in and out thing since we were first timers buying a car.
