I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota 4Runner and couldn’t be happier. I showed up to meet Megan who was very receptive and matched me with exactly what I wanted! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the whole process a very positive experience! The dealership is dog friendly too so my pup was happy when we picked up the car! No sneaky gimicks where you find out the car is actually twice the price it was being advertised for on the website—Sarasota Toyota delivers honest and friendly service that made me feel like my business was genuinely valued. I was greeted the moment I walked up, and the fact that I couldn't remember the name of who I was meeting didn't stop the man from going out of his way to grab a computer, look me up in the system, and find the person I was there to meet. The entire process was phenomenally pressure-free. I never felt rushed. And the staff took as much time as they needed to get me a rate I could afford for the car I wanted. Megan was a great sales person. She had patience with me when nobody does. Got me approved on a vehicle with good payments when nobody else would help me. If I have to get another vehicle, I’m coming back to this girl for sure
