I was in OKC for two months for my job. My Tacoma needed some work so I chose this dealer for service among the others in the area because they were the easiest to work with. Most availability and convenience! Like a lot of Tacoma owners, I have a modified rig and I put oversized tires on it. Let me just say how pleased I was with this visit. Discount tire had no luck putting the tires I wanted on the truck without rubbing after they "aligned" it. I bring it to Bob Howard and they not only worked with me by being willing to try two different tire sizes, but they actually found the faulty part with my alignment that they were able to fix and ensure the tires I wanted fit correctly. Brett and Riley at the service advisory team were outstanding; listening to every concern I had and making sure these were communicated to the techs. Techs Trent and Connor were incredible being able to find the actual cause of my alignment issues. They could have just tried to do their best to align it the best they could with the faulty parts like Discount Tire did, but Trent and Connor actually fixed it. I drove away from Bob Howard with complete confidence in the work completed and my truck feeling the smoothest and riding the most comfortable to has since it was new. I'm sad that this dealership could not be in my hometown as they have earned my complete trust for any work to be done on a Toyota.
