I can't say enough about Avery, he is genuinely a good person who cares about his clientele. I've been on the hunt for a CTS-V for a bit but was not in a hurry. The day my V was traded in he let me know he had it, I fell in love instantly. Coming from the dealer level and not having purchased a vehicle as a retail customer I was a bit nervous. My nervousness was completely un necessary. The time he took with me and the work completed (minimal but necessary) getting the vehicle ready for me to take home spoke volumes.
