Having moved recently to Ocala, I visited Martins for service on my 2016 Subaru based on multiple recommendations. The recommendations were right. I came in for syn oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush/replace (based on mileage) and questioning my brakes that felt a little mushy. Also needed front sway bar links. They took my car right in with my 8am appointment, double checked with me to confirm the services and gave me updates as work progressed. The links had to be ordered for parts delivery and they apologized for the short delay. Hey, no problem. I know that repair shops don't carry such obscure parts in stock. All work was done as expected and at a fair price. Did not mark up the parts costs which I've seen others do. And BTW, other shops might have taken my concern about the brakes and simply changed pads and charged me. Not Martins. Derrick told me I had 10mm and 8mm left (changing at 3mm normal) on the pads so did not need replacing now. Very satisfied and will be back.

They do not consider your vehicle service complete until they are satisfied that you are satisfied. I have a 2002 Toyota just started to have problems with it. Took it to Martins. They are honest and fair. Their staff is patient and understanding. This is a great place to take your car.
