2012 Toyota RAV4

My salesman and service person at Cowboy Toyota was a #5+. Very happy with both. Been a Toyota driver since 1980. Same Service Advisor all that time, a good guy and friend. The salesman was also a 5+. He spent all afternoon going over the new and improved features of my car. Very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Gave me his card to call with any questions. This car is amazing! Thank you so much! Excellent service! Love my new car! Has many nice features and accessories. Nice heated leather seats and plenty of backseat leg room.

Wonderful car buying experience and I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time elsewhere. Nate was wonderful and did not pressure me or try to sell me more than I wanted or needed in my RAV4. Picked up a new-to-me car from Cowboy Toyota, and was in and out in about an hour or so of total time at the dealership. This is the way car buying should be! We checked out the car I was interested in, did a little back and forth on price specifics (straightforward and reasonable), and landed on a fair price. The trip through financing was equally straightforward and easy.
