2011 Toyota RAV4 Base

This review is way overdue because I’ve met many independent dealers like Daryl since my leaving CA and he really stands out as one of the great ones. About 4-5 years ago, I bought a used Honda CRV from Daryl and within a month, to mine and his surprise, the car developed a problem which he could EASILY have argued was not his problem to fix. He didn’t miss a beat. I chose my own mechanic and Daryl paid for everything! I was so relieved and then I knew that I had found my used car guy. 2 years later I bought another CRV from him - great experience – and drove it across the US without even a hiccup. Both cars are now 200,000+ miles; still daily drivers, both going strong. Couldn’t be happier. Great guy whose idea of customer service was tested and he passed big time. I think of that experience often and should have written this review sooner. Would buy from Daryl again without question!

It only took me a few hours to purchase my Toyota Tundra from South Valley Auto. Daryl is one of the most helpful sellers I've had the pleasure of working with. He made the whole process simple and easy. Also, I found the best deal there after looking a couple of months for a truck. Highly recommend!
