We couldn't be happier buy now our 2nd car from Philpott Toyota!!! We live in Houston and it's worth the drive over, every time. They are a friendly, ZERO fuss/grief, NO pressure tactic, HONEST dealer! We have been able to finalize cost details over the phone each time, even do the prep work for a trade in online ahead of arrival, and be in and out physically each time in an hour or less. It's the BEST car buying experience out there! We have had the most amazing sales women - Erin and this time Christine. They are a dream to work with and, being women, they don't treat you like your an idiot to be taken advantage of like the typical car salesman approach. Even buying a hot car that's hard to get (2024 Sienna) was a breeze with them. They are competitively priced and not looking to just take you for all you got. Seriously, the only car dealership Ive ever been to im happy to walk in and still happy when I leave - no stress! We will do everything we can to buy from them when possible!!
