2015 Toyota RAV4 LE

I have been extremely stressed out cause I HAD so many issues with my car since January this year and before then honestly wish I went to Zam Zam. Mr. Adnan and his team worked on my car 3 times and repaired all the mistakes and faulty work done on my vehicle from my past "mechanics". They even drove my father home after he dropped it off so he could get back safely. They changed my catalytic converter twice and i got my car back same day. The pricing is not breaking your pockets at all. Its very fair and affordable. They just fixed both of my control arms the day after my car had trouble. The arms had suddenly broke on my way home from work the day before. I dropped it off 9am and picked it up 630pm SAME DAY! My family and I are so grateful to finally have people we trust whole heartedly to work on our cars. They have been so supportive, communicating and extremely quick in repairing. They test drove my car and the manager drove with me to test it just to be 100% sure I am satisfied and that the vehicle is running to my expectations and HIS. I cannot thank them enough and I will be referring ALL my family and friends to this shop we can truly consider family now with the care they have shown. They are kind, hard working, clean, intelligent and fun team to work with. Forever grateful to you! They do it all and you will not leave with a single worry on your heart and mind. Amazing service, this is my second time here, Victor and Harold are incredibly talented and Professional! First I brought my work van and they took care of it nicely and fast, now I brought my Tesla and they’re happily working on my tire replacement, Mr. Tire, NTB and other big names are afraid of touching a Tesla, bring your car to this shop! They’re amazing in every aspect! Super respectful and professional! Definitely highly recommended!

What a great experience. We brought our car in with some issues that would not allow ourselves to drive back home to Charlotte. Not only was the diagnosis and price fair, they were understanding that we needed to get out of town and back home ASAP. They worked quickly and professionally. We were so pleased.
