I just recently moved back home from Rhode Island to the WestBank. There is no place like home. With my recent purchase from Baliese Toyota of WarWick I knew I had to find a reliable dealer that specializes in authentic Toyota , parts, maintenance, and trouble shooting if a problem arises. So I made the appointment over the weekend to service Monday. The person setting me up was attentive, compassionate about her job and assured me my experience here would be worth writing home about. My service advisor Mr. Guillermo was the best this auto industry has to offer. Not only did he address my concerns; he was available every time I’d go to his desk in the middle of whatever he was doing to put my fears at ease. My experience at Bohn Toyota was a delightful experience and being treated like a valued customer and feeling appreciated is the reason I will never drive anything but a Toyota. I wish my ex wife would’ve treated me this way. But that another song for another time. I would recommend a Mercedes driver to give it back to their overpriced salesman and come to a place where everyone no matter , race color or creed is welcome and will get the red carpet treatment. I worked with Tony Truong, the internet sales consultant at Bohn Toyota in Harvey, LA, to purchase a 2026 Corolla LE for my parents, and he was excellent from start to finish. We communicated mainly through the Toyota texting system, and Tony was always responsive, clear, and respectful of my budget. He helped us reach a fair out-the-door price without any pressure or games, and everything he promised in text matched what happened at the dealership. My parents picked up the car today and are very happy with it. I highly recommend asking for Tony Truong if you want a smooth, honest, and efficient buying experience.
