I had a good experience with Preston, the salesperson/sale-coordinator, and with the team people that were involved in helping me purchase my new Tundra. It was a low-pressure experience which made me feel comfortable and able to more easily consider the particulars related to such a significant purchase. This is my very first brand-new vehicle purchase for myself. After many years of purchasing pre-owned vehicles, I was finally able financially, to buy a new one, and, it was a pleasant experience. Since this was a new experience for me, I am still working with the dealership on a couple of items, and i feel confident that they will make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction. Thank you again to everyone involved, especially to my wife, for all the help and support to make this successful! (I personally don't give 5 Star ratings, but if it was an option, I would give this a 4.5 Star experience.)
