My Kia Niro hybrid died 40 miles outside Little Rock on a trip from IL to TX. While everyone else I dealt with (including my insurance company) kept telling me what they could NOT do, this dealership let us take a rental out of state (against their usual rules) and told us that if my car wasn't fixed within the rental time frame they would not charge us more for a delay on their end. They gave us what we needed to get home faster than anyone else I dealt with over that 24 hour period.
