My review is for the Service/Parts department. From the moment I pulled up, the services were exceptional. I’m pregnant and expected to deliver any day now, and a young man came to the drivers side door to help me out the car. He held the door for me and was very helpful. When I arrived inside the service area, Alex V. gave me a chair to sit in to keep me from standing for a long period of time. He had a porter to drive me around to the front, so that I wouldn’t have to walk the steps to get inside. My service was completed quickly and accurately. I am so grateful because this was a last minute service request and they were able to get me in and out in no time. Everyone there was pleasant and the customers waiting inside appeared relaxed and pleased as they waited. I mention this because I’ve been in service areas and sometimes customers appear agitated from waiting or bad service. The guys here are great and very accommodating. Great job and thank you for making my experience a pleasant one.
My service advisor Mr. Damon Wells, has been nothing but amazing. He is always welcoming and ensures me of my expected service based on mileage. He communicates any findings in a way that I understand the importance of the recommended service or parts. Because of his passion for helping his customers, I'll always return to Nissan for service.
A great experience all around. Mr. Rob B was helpful and informative during my test drive and every question I had he was able to answer. He and the sales manager were understanding when I wanted some time to think about the vehicle, and were able to source the Nissan Kicks in the color I preferred when I ultimately made the decision to purchase.
