Highly recommend! We called about a truck and when we got there it was out front ready for us to test drive. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all your "used car salesman". We bought the truck, process went quickly and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Prices are excellent and so was the experience.
Erin and Chris made it easy to get me into my 2021 Jeep Renegade. They hooked me up with a good finance rate and protection package included in my monthly payment that I could easily afford! I did have 2 issues though- oil change sticker said it was due- apparently the oil had been changed but the old sticker was left on. Erin told me the next oil change would be on her. Good- because it was $120!Also the tires were bald so I had to get new ones!
I had a great experience here. I found what I wanted through Autotrader, contacted them to see if it was still available so I didn't drive down and waste a trip. Chris was a wonderful salesperson and thought of every little detail. Adam gave me a very fair price for my trade, they didn't waste my time. Samantha in financing got me a better rate than my current credit union. Shortly, I was on the road and headed home. I definitely will encourage friends and family shopping for vehicles to check them out.
