Pretty good experience. The sale was pretty straight forward. We texted and called regarding any questions we had about the van before we drove the 3 hours. He couldn’t guarantee a hold on the van for us, but we still took the ride to Shelby. We got there, test drove, went to the bank, and everything went well . He doesn’t offer warranties, sadly. We bought the vehicle on Thursday and the driver side window control went out on Sunday. We understood all our risk before purchasing the vehicle. The van is still in pretty good condition and we will get the window control fixed easily, no biggie. Buying used vehicles come with risk so just do your due diligences and exam the vehicles, that’s for anything dealership. My mom loves her new van, and the ability to get out and shop more lol. Thanks JR’s auto sale. 12/10: Corrections, nothing was wrong with the window lol . I guess we pressed the wrong buttons, and now it works as of now.
