Taylor was an amazing sales associate and assisted me with my purchase the entire way and in less than a week I was on a flight to Tyler, Texas to purchase my truck. Taylor even picked me up from the local airport without me even asking. Any information I asked for about the vehicle he provided to me and was straight forward and honest and even gave me more information and history about the vehicle than what I asked for. Overall a great family dealer and highly recommend them if in the Tyler, Texas region or even out of state.

We LOVE these people!!! Family owned and first class customer service. My husband got his dream truck here. If you buy a vehicle anywhere else you are getting ripped off. When we were shopping for a truck we went to several dealerships ...their prices were over inflated...added all kind of bogus fees to the price. We walked out frustrated and defeated. Then we found Quality Investments!!!! This is when our dream of owning a super nice truck came true. Honest pricing...financing was a breeze..no stupid fees...no run around talk...gave us a Carfax on the truck. They were open and honest about everything. They even showed us how to operate everything in the truck. We paid our truck off a few weeks ago and we can't be happier.
