I worked with Ty and was absolutely pleasant to work with. He actually went above and beyond what was needed on getting me the under carriage images and video of the car running. Did a virtual drive mainly. But I already knew I wanted the car and the condition and price for it was very good. There was some minor nuisance with the front bumper paint where there was bubbling and ac not working but these are replaceable which I can do myself with electric air conditioning and bumper can be ordered and factory painted with modern tech. In terms of price it was very fair as they worked with me a lot over the phone and via text system. Have to say again that Ty is awesome!! But overall my experience here was very very good and I will definitely be coming back again later on to look for another car. Next purchase is definitely going to be a family van.

Great customer service experience with Dare/Jonathan’s Auto Outlet. Ty was be helpful and responsive and once I put a down payment for my vehicle, I was assured that all my concerns would be addressed before delivery of my new “old” car! Ty was great to work with! First time buying a car and he made it smooth and easy. I originally went to a different dealership that wanted me to pay $14,000 total for a car that was over 10 years old, was Involved in three accidents, and had a broken driver’s side door handle. At Jonathan’s Auto Outlet, I paid around the same amount for a 2021 Toyota. Sure, the mileage is on the higher end but it runs great! Plus Ty was able to knock down the stand alone price of the car for me AND offer me a great warranty. Overall this dealership felt a lot more inviting, more friendly, and Ty did everything he could to get me a great interest rate for my car loan (including overnighting documents to my co-signer!) Need a reliable car for a good price? Definitely check this place out.
