Buying cars and having to figure out what you can afford compared to what you want is never fun. After being told by Craig @ Delray Buick to go to the competition because there was no way what I wanted could be done, I felt defeated. I decided to make 1 more call to this store. Peter put me on hold asked his manager if it was reasonable. I was very clear not to waste my time. He confirmed it was doable so we made the drive. We went into this dealership fully prepared with what we could afford and the vehicle that fit the criteria. Peter was our sales guy but more like car demonstrator. No heavy sales pitch just facts about the car with a polite and positive demeanor. The team work that this dealership displays should be business standard. Jessica the sales manager worked with us from the beginning. Not waiting till we are out the door to try and save the deal. Pierre was finance manager that was incredibly informative. After an unexpected discrepancy was found they didn’t give up. They treated us with respect and dignity. Even suggesting how I can research the problem. Bottom line I drove away with a car I wanted with a price I needed. Thank you to the Schumacher Buick team! We will be back and referring friends.

Kailey Izzi was knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She showed me several options to purchase and led me to a great vehicle.
