Ron, our salesman was Wonderful. I actually called and spoke to him before we came to the dealership. He went out of his way to tell me about ALL the pre-owned trucks he had in stock. Then when we got to the Dealership he was even more helpful. We had a awesome experience at Kraft Nissan and we thank them from the bottom of our heart for getting us in the truck he did we love it.

I am big on great customer service. That is truly what I received from start to finish. Mr. Jay Jackson was very friendly from the time I got there until I left with my brand new 2023- Nissan Rogue. Everything was explained and he was very patience with me, I didn't feel rushed or pressured on making a decision to purchase. Once I got in the finance office with another wonderful gentleman I received exactly the same great customer service. Since leaving I have received calls from both asking how was I enjoying my new ride. I will surely recommend Kraft Nissan of Tallahassee to all my friends and family. I arrived at exactly 9 am. It was quite busy & I was directed to the waiting area. A short time later, a young man came to me, greeted me well and took strong charge! He checked what service I was in for and took charge, explaining what it entailed and said the cost was $95. I mentioned I didn’t remember paying that much (in fact, I didn’t remember previously paying anything). He said they had a rotation & oil change deal, so I said (O. K.) He returned promptly & said I had a plan that covered the service, smiled and left! (He had taken the initiative to check the billing concern!) He came to me when they finished and we had a nice, short chat! He walked me out! I have a PhD in Management and have taught Mgt for 25 years! I have usually had good service experiences at Kraft, but this day, given the opening load, the young man solidly took charge and checked my comment! He had a take charge attitude that really impressed me! I’d definitely ask for him again! Good job! I’d give him an A in my class also!????
