2019 Jeep Compass Altitude

SUPER SUPER SATISFIED!!!! We were referred to them from family and I can definitely say they are 10/10 from the customer service to how they conduct business. Jose was great from beginning to end he really made the experience of looking for a car a breeze! He was straight forward and honest not like those other car salesman that just try to sell you anything. The whole team was very nice and welcoming. They treat all their customers like family. My daughter bought a 2014 Lexus IS 250 from VSA Motorcars today and they were so nice and helpful and made the experience one for my daughter to remember. Victor is an amazing guy, and went out of his way to make this happen than could be expected. I will definitely go back to them for my car buying needs and refer to any friends who may be looking. Can't speak highly enough!!

My husband and I found our vehicle on auto trader, which lead us to VSA. We messaged them on a Sunday evening and had a response early Monday morning. Deal made over the phone. We live about 3 hours from the dealership and did all the paperwork via email and UPS overnight. Only hiccup was delivery, but it seems like they didn't do it often and it took awhile. We ultimately ended up contacting another company to ship the vehicle to us. However they kept us informed the whole time and were extremely friendly and worked hard to get dispatch to expedite pickup. We got our new vehicle yesterday and it is way better than anticipated! They definitely undersold and over delivered on all the bells and whistles on this SUV. Of course these are items we would have seen had we seen it in person, but we are very happy. We loved our experience at VSA!
