i went there the day after my car decided it was too tired to continue, found a car that i absolutely LOVED and they worked super hard to get me a great deal. i was only there for a few hours which was wonderful. very happy with my experience with the team. daniel was nice and fun to talk to. very knowledgeable about the warranties and the finance manager i dealt with was also very nice and fun i don’t remember his name. would highly recommend for your next car buying experience

We had a wonderful experience while shopping for our new Escape. Jeremy was our sales person who was recommended by my mom who has bought two cars through him, and he was as wonderful as she said he was. We went in looking and came home with a new car! It was a great way to end my spring break! We will be back!!!!

I dealt with salesman, Carlos, at Landmark Ford. Carlos was very personable, assessable, and polite. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I got the best deal. I left with the car I wanted, and a car note that met my financial needs. He made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and accomplished everything in a timely manner!! Didn’t spend all day working a deal, I was in and out ???? He also directed me to the resources I needed to settle my total loss claim, and prepared me for an alternative outcome if deemed necessary. I 100% recommend Carlos. He will tend to you and only you until you are satisfied. He is not occupied with other customers while he is making sure your needs are met. I can say that customer satisfaction is his top priority!! The financial manager that worked my deal was also AMAZING! He made sure I was satisfied as well! Overall, a great experience.
