2021 Jeep Compass 80th Spec. Edition

I've had a lot of brand new cars over the years, and honestly, none of the purchasing process has ever gone as smoothly as it did, when I got my new VW Taos on 2-19-24. I'd had my gallbladder removed 4 days earlier, and while resting, decided to look at new cars. Specifically, SUVS. I didn't need a new car, as much as I wanted one, just because with my disability, getting in and out of my 2018 Hyundai Elantra (that I'd bought brand new 5.5 years prior, and was much lower to the ground), was progressively getting harder, and harder to do. From the first email, Ruben Guerrero was very sweet, kind, and extremely accommodating to the fact that I was recovering from major abdominal surgery. He took extra care to make sure I was doing well, and constantly asking if I needed anything, while were there. Originally, I was looking at a used 2023 Taos, with over 10,000 miles, but ultimately, went with a brand new 2024 Taos, with 17 miles. I got a great amount for my trade in, and had a substantial down payment. That, on top of the fact that he was not pushy, with adding extra warranties, and such, kept my payments super low. Even lower than my Elantra, even if only by $6, lol. He even made the appointment for me, to get my front two windows tinted (only the back ones came factory tinted), and was able to get a privacy cover for the back, since mine didn't have one. Needless to say, I will be sending any friends, or family, in need of a new (or new to them) vehicle, to Brandon Volkswagen, and telling them to ask for Rueben Guerrero.

We had such a great experience. Josh was our salesman and he was more than patient with us for two weeks. We bought a brand new 2024 Atlas SE w|tech Peak Edition. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Also, Maria upfront was very sweet as well. I would recommend this VW dealership than the others in the Tampa area.

I chose this rating because my overall experience was fantastic. Ruben is such a great salesman and really does care about his clients. I’m very pleased with how Ruben explained the whole process and was able to get everything done very quickly. 10/10 would recommend.
