My fiance and I were shopping for a new or newer vehicle with our sights set only on a RAM. You can get a great feel for Jimmy's love of automobiles as well as his ability to connect with others. He was not pushy and was 100% honest during the entire process. After a few at home decisions being made, our third visit was a charm for Bill Luke RAM, Jimmy, and ourselves, as we settled on a 2023 New RAM ecodiesel. With great incentives available, we were able to purchase a truck that can last us a very long time, well below MSRP. Every person on the team who was a part of our experience was extremely professional and provided phenomenal customer service and experience, from the accessories depth, to finance, to prep of vehicle to have it ready to drive off the lot.
