2018 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

We had the best experience at Darling’s in Augusta, in particular working with Tyler Moulton. It was our first stop when looking for a new car, and for the rest of the day I couldn’t wait to go back to talk with Tyler again and purchase a new Hyundai Santa Fe. He was knowledgeable, incredibly kind, professional, and I didn’t feel any pressure from him to purchase, which made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was able to answer all my questions confidently and showed me really cool features the car had to offer, as well as speak to its safety, and that’s an experience I didn’t receive at other dealerships around town that day. While we were waiting for our car to come in, he kept us updated on the status and the car buying process could not have been easier. I would send anyone I know to Tyler to purchase a new vehicle! He was amazing!

Darling’s wasn’t even on my list of dealerships to check out when I went looking for a car. My dad told me to give them a try and I couldn’t be more thankful that he did. We went in and I spoke with their sales rep Blake who sold my mom her car. No joke, this is the first car my mom has had in a while that hasn’t had problems right off the bat. Blake listened to everything I was looking for in a car and was incredibly friendly. Darlings honestly had the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere! They provided us with waters throughout our stay while we were looking at cars and discussing finances. Blake recommended I try the 2024 Hyundai Elantra, which was on my list of cars to look at, but also recommended a car that would be similar but built a little different. It was the 2024 Hyundai Venue, which looks like a small SUV, and I didn’t like it because I was set on a sedan. I test drove both cars and fell in love with the Venue. I’m so glad that Blake recommended that car to me because it has everything I was looking for and didn’t haven any of the unnecessary features which made it cheaper! And if I didn’t like the Venue or the Elantra, we could then look at used cars and any car they have through their sister dealerships which is an incredible option to have when on a budget. The car was a little out of my price range, but it was close enough and I loved the car so much that I bought it! And it honestly was a great decision, It is a wonderful car and will last me years to come! They had great financial packages and helped me through all the paper work since it was my first time getting a car. They made sure to ask me throughout the process if I was really sure this was the car I wanted because they didn’t want me to feel pressured to buy a car I wouldn’t end up liking- but I LOVE this car! Funny enough, my best friends mom bought the same car from Darlings and she loves her car as much as I love mine! 10/10 highly recommend Darlings!

This is the second time we have purchased a vehicles from Darlings and we couldn’t be happier! Paul Watson was amazing! He got us exactly what we wanted and then some quickly! His attention to detail was great! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see him!
