The whole team at Hertrich was fantastic! Good, hardworking folks who go above and beyond to help you get the car that you want. Ty and Troy are hands down the coolest! Even folks working there were friendly and not your typical “we have to smile and be nice to the customer because we get paid to do so” - they are GENUINE here at Hertrich.

I took my daughter there to look at a new Dodge Charger that she was looking for, and Elkton Md was quite a trip for us as we live near Annapolis Md. It was definitely worth the trip as our sales rep Cecilia and her Sales Manager Troy were very helpful, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I don’t like buying cars from dealers because the process quite honestly takes too long and is usually very painful, but Cecilia and Troy did everything possible to help us make a deal and get out the door and could not have been nicer to deal with. Even Aaron in finance was great to deal with. My family and I would highly recommend this staff and dealership to buy from and we would definitely make the long trip back there to purchase a future vehicle. Great sales staff!!

Absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had! We have been looking for an orange Jeep that meets my ridiculously high standards, yet is still priced at what I want to pay, for at least a year and a half. We had actually traveled to purchase a different car, but when I saw my Jeep and how reasonably priced she was, I knew she was for me! George, Troy, and Aaron were all absolutely amazing, wonderful, helpful men of integrity who you can clearly see are all about providing a joyful experience! We actually ended up spending more time hanging out with them than we did sight seeing, and we don’t regret it one bit. The only thing that makes me sad is that I can’t send everyone I know to them due to us living in Florida. I would seriously consider, though, traveling back to Maryland just to buy any future cars for my family. I truly believe it would be worth the trip because they certainly made this one a trip to remember! Thank you, guys, I sincerely appreciate EVERYTHING you have all done to make this so enjoyable for us! And I absolutely LOVE my souvenir from Maryland!!! ???? Sara & Allen
