I am someone who avoids the dealer service department like the plague but recently took our Outlander to Johnny Legends for a complimentary oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My service advisor, Anthony Puno, was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the vehicle. He made sure I understood what to look for moving forward, which I really appreciated. The technician, Alan Balon, did a fantastic job as well. He did the oil change quickly and efficiently, but also went above and beyond by fixing a few things that I didn’t even realize needed attention. It turned out they were covered under warranty, which was a pleasant surprise!. Highly recommend both of them.

Christian and the techs at the service center took care of me and my vehicle way above and beyond. Had a transmission issue they took care of efficiently. Communicated great thru the process with the warranty. Had a window motor break on a Saturday. They got me in same day and took the time to secure the window in place until parts could come in. It’s rare to find people that care about their customers and make the process as smooth as possible. Really grateful for everything they have done to help. I highly recommend them to anyone.
