Very impressed with the service we received at Vaden. Willie is by far the most respectful sales rep I've ever dealt with. I was in and out of the dealership for three whole days before I decided on my vehicle and closed the deal. Not once was I held at the door trying to be persuaded into something I wasn't ready for. Walking into a car dealership can be overwhelming at times because of the harassment you receive from sales reps. Vaden is strictly professional and gives you your space until you are ready to talk. I appreciate the ladies and gentlemen that helped my husband and I take our new Blazer home today!

The experience with Robert was concise. He was upfront and straight to the point. He guided with questions that would support what we wanted our budget to be and even showed us different vehicle options. He was able to provide explanations when needed. He was friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. We had a great experience at Vaden with Robert.

Love the new Silverado but has extensive scratches and a couple paint chips. Supposed to drop off this week to fix up so it looks like a new truck. Johnnie the salesman did a great job, had excellent product knowledge and explained a differences from the last 2 rams I owned prior.
