At this dealership it's been a wonderful experience. I am a return KIA customer, first time at St Cloud. I received immediate, friendly but not pushy attention. Took a list of my needs and wants and brought me the right car for me. We test drove it and he, Tristan, explained with patience and detail how all the features work and why! I was given a decent amount for my trade in better than elsewhere and I got it paid off easily through KIA working with my credit union. I was done shopping. I always feel like he takes good care of me and has my vehicle’s best interest in mind. He is extremely knowledgeable and never pushy with any recommendations that come back from an inspection done on my vehicle.
