2018 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

We had quite a rough start with our experience here. We were misinformed on many things and weren’t properly explained the process. To get the information I needed I sent an email and was responded to within 30 minutes from the president of the company and he ensured I would get the help I needed. That’s where Keith comes in. That man saved a sale and some upset customers. He was very upfront, communicative, honest and thorough. Helped us get a vehicle in under 5 hours and made the rest of the process a breeze. We absolutely would use ash auto group again, just not our original sales person. Huge thank you to Keith for turning our very negative initial experience into a positive one. Absolutely the best if you’re looking for a high quality vehicle with no hassle and the most helpful staff. I had a bad experience with the transport company that was delivering my car but I can honestly say that Ash Auto and especially Adriana went above and beyond even on non business days and her personal time to make sure that my car was delivered. I will absolutely recommend them to ANYBODY.
